sad day

I sold my 72 today. It had to go to make way for my 62 SWB. It was the nicest truck I have ever owned and it was sad to see it go.

I hope the 62 will do it justice.

With the way that thing looked (VERY NICE) I am sure your 62 will look pretty sweet when its done.

Yea, I saw it on ebay. Did ebay sell it for you? What did you get for it? (If you don't mind saying) That thing was NICE!

Man I know how you feel. I sold a 71 swb about 4 years ago that I had for 15 years. Sometimes you got to do what you got to do. There is a guy on Mansfield road that builds street rods (can't remember his name) that redid it with a LS1 motor for the new owner and had it on his website a couple of years ago. It was hugger orange. I now have a 72 and could not be happier. I saw your truck on here a few times and wanted to get up there and see it (I live in Natchitoches) but never seem to have time. Good luck with your new project,
Mike
