trade: gate/hatch for barns

getting ready to start on the burb (72). it has a near perfect gate and hatch. no rust through and very straight. the hatch lifts work perfectly and the gate closes with an easy push and a click. i would keep this setup except i want to use the burb for work and barn doors would work best. i would like to trade my complete setup for a complete set of barn doors in the same condition...all hinges and hardware too. please, no rust.i know this is probably a longshot but its worth a shot right?...oh also would prefer semi locally...lol not asking much :p
