New to me 73
Drug this old chunk of iron home today. Spent some time cleaning it up. Still plenty to do, but I think it will make a good run around pickup. For some reason I’ve always liked the early 73’s with their absence of cab drip rails.

My 72 bringing it in. Didn’t break a sweat.

Re: New to me 73
Correct, but has a 78 model 305 in it now for reasons unknown.

Re: New to me 73
Nice truck. I've always seen the 2/3 side trim as an anomaly. I've seen enough trucks with it to feel it is a factory option but not really sure why they did that. Makes it unique for sure!

Re: New to me 73
The interior is showing its age. Going to try to find a better seat, or get this one covered. Need a driver’s door panel, and a better dash pad. Baby steps.
She’s came a long way in a few days. Waiting on my P03’s with the ochre centers to come in.

New to me seat, and some NOS bed rails spruced him up.

Re: New to me 73
It doesn't seem like there are too many out there that have factory black paint. That's a neat truck, and I look forward to following your improvements.
