The year makes a difference. I would reccomend finding a cab harness from the same year truck.
Looks like you have an LS in the engine bay so you're going to have to make a hybrid engine bay harness. GM separated the fuel tank, rear lamps, forward lamps, and wipers/engine at the bulkhead plug.
