the tank isn't pressurized, only the fuel lines. my guess is vapor is "seeping" thru the walls of the rubber lines. i replaced all "box store" rubber fuel line with Earl's VaporGuard line and have had no issues since.

Thanks for the info, I was hoping that the Press Lock LS line kit that came from Tanks Inc wasn't the same line as the box store lines but seems I may need to replace it wit something like Earls.
