Suburban three point seat belts
Looking for info on installing a set of three point seat belts in my 65 Suburban. Is there any solid metal frame to attach the upper seat belt strap?

Re: Suburban three point seat belts
I am wondering about the same subject. I have a 62 Burb and would like to put 3 point belts up front.

Re: Suburban three point seat belts
I tried a set from a 79 Chevy pickup, but nowhere to bolt the top part of the belt. I was going to use one of the panel bolts that run up the metal behind the seat but don't think it would hold in an accident. And the retractable part on mine was ok on the driver side, but got in the way of anyone getting in the back.

I believe I'm going with the roadster seat belts from this company.

Re: Suburban three point seat belts
I ordered a set of 3-point seat belt from seat belt Planet. They were awesome! They are a manufacturing company. They take the measurements you give them you pick the color Buckle style and anchoring set up. And they make them at their facility in Oklahoma City. I had my belts in 4 days all for around $200. I plan on installing them this weekend. I'm going to try to pull the anchor plate up the inside of the b-pillar. There is a lot of removable interior panels not exactly sure what's behind them yet but I'll find out this weekend and keep you posted . Doug
