How do you restore these wheels? What's used to fill cracks and what type of paint is used?

not sure on the paint but several guys on here use PC7 epoxy.

That wheel came out really nice. Good luck with the sale.

some info on the black steering wheels.
the 67-68 black steering wheels and columns were a factory color on GMC, not on chevys. these look very nice,,
