Dash Knobs
I was wondering how they come off? I Don't want to go out breaking things that I dont have to... Thanks for any and all help.

The headlight knob comes out of the switch complete with the shaft it's attached to. First, unhook your battery, because this leaves the switch closed. Then pull the knob out, reach up under the dash to the top of the switch right behind the bezel. There is a small button you can push down, which releases the shaft and the knob & shaft pull right out.
The wiper knob has a small set screw where it attaches to the rod from the switch. Unscrew and remove. Are those the ones you're asking about? SSOW...

If you have a choke knob and need to pull it: pull the knob out 1/2" or so and grip the shaft w/ a pair of needlenose pliers, now you can twist the knob off counterclockwise. I use needlenose pliers (an old pair I found under a pile of horse****) to remove the chrome dash knob bezels. Just put the points of the pliers into the square holes and twist.
