Looking good! What size nipple is at the manifold/back of carb for the brake booster hose? If that has too small an ID that can give you a result like you are experiencing currently with low brake boost.

I took off the hose at the manifold, it was a tight fit for 3/8 hose, so I guess its 3/8

That's good. I've seen some small ID nipples that gave problems.

looks like the valve covers are on backwards, swap sides and you wont be reading HOLLEY backwards
