Need help with engine ID #'s

Got these off the front passenger's side ledge on the block:

V0413CNV

10C167383

Can somebody translate these? I tried looking on Mortec, etc but I'm stuck. I was told that this is a 350 block, if that helps anything.

Thanks

Look on the rear of block beside the distributor on the drivers side and there should be a number there. It will be a lot easier to de code with that number. It shouldn't cintain any letters if it's a SBC
