1972 k10 frame
This post got lost.
Looking to know what the differences between a K10 and a C10 frame might be. I have a K10 needing some love, but what i see online is pretty much C10 frames for sale. Can these be adapted? Does the swap work? How different are they? thanks. |

Re: 1972 k10 frame
They are not very easily interchangeable. Regardless of coil or leaf spring, The whole back half of the 2wd frames are a different shape and the front obviously has no provisions for leaf springs so it takes some fab work and parts to make the front springs work. The 4x4 frames are getting a good bit harder to find than they used to be unfortunately.
