6-Lug Rear Disc Conversion kit?
Is the a Company/Vendor that makes a 6-Lug Rear Disc conversion kit?
I’ve looked high and low, but have only been able to find a few 5-Lug kits. As an alternative, would a set of brakes from a newer truck work? I know I’d have to cut and weld the brackets from the new axle to the old, but having never done, or even seen this done. Has anyone out there ever done this? |

Re: 6-Lug Rear Disc Conversion kit?
Thank you for all three responses.
It looks to be more simple than I thought, with no welding involved. I’m thinking about getting another complete rear ended, and doing the conversion on the bench, then do the swap out. |
