https://www.amazon.com/Thermostat-Te...A1ZOVZPOSHV3EK Fan Thermostat Temperature Switch 3/8" 185 Degree On 170 Degree Off Electric Cooling Engine Fan Thermostat for 10" 12" 14" 16" Fan. Others sell this same type switch with different ratings. Some radiators come with a tapped hole for this switch. You can use them in the block also but may not shut off depending on your thermostat. The switch grounds the relay to activate it. Cheers |

Single speed.

This is what you'll want, it's adjustable to use with any temp thermostat and the temp probe goes in the radiator fin so you don't have to drain coolant and add a thread in sending unit in the engine. Keeps all the wiring on the radiator support and off the engine. Comes with a relay and fuse too. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/flx-121280

Re: Anybody using an electric fan ?
Pro tip…when looking for electric fans do not look at advertised CFM, look at the amp draw. Manufactures are known to fluff up their CFM numbers just to get sales, they do not mess around with the amp draw ratings because that is easy to verify and it would be dangerous when you spec your wiring.
Long story short, for every amp a fan pulls that is about equivalent to 100 CFM. |

Re: Anybody using an electric fan ?
I posted this control earlier in thread. It contains a built-in relay
