I would use Simple Green followed with an oil and grease remover. You can get matching interior paint at an auto paint store. I restored the dash cluster surround on my '97 like that and it was the gray interior like the one you've shown. They also make a super glue specially for mending plastic parts that works very well. It will work much better than standard super glue.

Thanks. I've used SEM products to dye interior parts on my Jeeps with good success. I was hoping this might clean up well enough to not have to dye it.
