59 grill brackets

Just picked up a grill but need the brackets to put it on. I can't find anyone who sells them. Anyone know a repro source?

Re: 59 grill brackets

You may have to hunt them down used. The 58 and 59 are rather the poor step children of the TF trucks when it comes to aftermarket pieces .

That or fab up your own brackets. Maybe one of the guys can draw up the measurements if they have those pieces for their own grill.

Re: 59 grill brackets

If GMC, those are nearly impossible to find but Bill’s Truck Shop had the one (of 4) I was missing. Not cheap, especially after shipping, but I needed it to complete my grille. If you need it for a Chevy, find another grille that has them because they are plentiful and cheap. The Chevy grille is reproduced in chrome, so most just buy that as the easy and cheaper route, which leaves extra original grilles laying around.

I found 1 NOS on ebay so now I can either find one more or have a pattern to make something that will work

Re: 59 grill brackets

If you are on Facebook Look up Gabriel Carbajal and Seth Doulton,
they both might have the brackets you are looking for.
I sold a Pair to Gabe awhile ago, they should have what you need.
