Gm crate engines
Hello all,
So my truck has a GM replacement crate engine made in Mexico 10066036 which in my research is a 350 4 bolt main (confirmed that). My question lies in the fact that I do not know when it was made. There are the dots which I understand but this engine has a second set of dots you can see in the picture its the first set of dots, arrow pointing to the one dot. Can anyone decode the build date of this engine from the picture? |

Re: Gm crate engines
if it is a 2005 SBC, GM started using full roller camshaft in 87 but their trucks not until 05. Also 1 piece RMS motors started in 1986
So, if it's a 2005 motor, that's a good thing |
