EFE Valve - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hi

I’m looking for an efe valve for my 1986 suburban 7.4l. My search has lead me to two different part numbers, 5234298 and 5234810. The valve is on the driver side between manifold and exhaust. Any help is greatly appreciated to decipher which part I need.

These are the two part numbers I came up up 5234298 and 5234810. I think it’s the 4810. I think the only difference is with or without emissions control. Data obtained from wholesalegmpartsonline.com. Mine is located on the driver side manifold. Anyone have any thoughts on what gaskets I use? Donut gadgets? I found both efe on eBay. Looks like one side accepts a donut but not sure for other side.
