Door lock stuck - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

never encountered this in all my years with either these or squarebodies.

Door handle is "stuck" - latch is in unlocked position, but nothing

Anybody know a tip or trick before i pull the door panel and see whats up with the thing?

See if you can work the latch mechanism. Maybe it just needs a fiddling with.

OR a decent amount of lube. Inside or outside handle?? Outside handle button...possible broken tabs. Inside... lube or rod jambed up
