Re: 150410 medium olive

Pic is a 71 Cheyenne Super Custom Camper I once owned (and wish I still did ), but same 504 as a 72. 504 just means solid paint medium olive. 534 is 504 medium olive with white roof (conventional two tone) and 465 is 504 medium olive with white roof and mid-section (deluxe two tone).

paint codes are three digits - "504" it seems in your case

Re: 150410 medium olive

Interesting how there are some subtle, and not so subtle, differences in the same version of med olive green. Sheepdip & Lee, I think we have the same color, PPG's modern version. Seems to pop a little more than the original single stage color.

Here's mine.....

White balance alone will skew images quite a bit, and greens are always interesting on different cameras.
I tried to post images of my original paint 588 RPO, but they're all upside down, so I gave up

If you want to post them again, I’ll flip ‘em for ya. Always nice to see original paint rides.

I rotated them in Lightroom, but they still came out upside down, maybe it's reading the EXIF metadata.....or forces conspiring against me

Re: 150410 medium olive

Yep any vBulletin forum reads the metadata. Improperly oriented images are a VERY common issue on vBulletin forums.

Re: 150410 medium olive

Not necessarily the point of the thread, but you can see that MO in these pics can look like anywhere from mint green to lime. Pantone book is prolly the only way to truly compare tints
