rear tranny mount? 3 speed
on the 68 half ton 2wd ,3on the tree, was there a rear tail housing cross member?? I'm asking because when I looked at mine today to remove it ,it only has the two mounts at the front of the bell housing holding it in. It looks like there's 2 bolt holes near rear tail housing were it would bolt down. If so wear would I look for one? thanks for your help guys!!

Re: rear tranny mount? 3 speed
Do you have a pic? I had the same combo 40 years ago and don't recall.
Does the transmission have threaded holes to bolt up to a crossmember? |

Re: rear tranny mount? 3 speed
No crossmember on 3 speed trucks. Just the bolts into the bell housing holds it. The bolt holes for the rear is when the transmission is used in some cars

Re: rear tranny mount? 3 speed
update on the front mounts, they use the k10 mounts for the bell housing to mount it to the frame. O'reilly parts # a2108 and a2107
