Update, It does seal and shuts easily. I am not sure if I am getting 100% contact to the body.

If you are having problems shutting the doors,, the first thing is to replaces the bushings. I thought mine were tight until I removed the hinge. On the work bench I could easily see the slop and when i drove out the old bushing they were shot.. Installed on the truck i thought they were good.

I will post some pics when it is complete.
