Well I added some fuel system cleaner to another 5 gallons of fuel and cranked her back up. After about 10 to 12 minutes she started picking up a little. Probably mostly running better from finally getting some heat built up. Anyway, before I go any further, I'm going to find a way to get under her and get the oil and filter changed.
