You may not get any respnse because this thread is 11 years old. But I seem to remember that the new owner owns a trucking firm. All his trucks ,semis), are that clor too. Hope this helps.

Re: What ever happened to Project copperhead?
I just saw what was likely an old episode where he had Copperhead and a clone one and was showing the differences. He basically was using it as an example of buying classic cars as he also had a 1st gen Camaro on the set. He emphasized you need to know your stuff and be able to break down cowl and VIN tags especially for cars that are being presented as a "real" Z 28 for example..and as we all know there are more Z28's on the road now than were ever made
of course, for a completely customized aka restomod like Copperhead, it makes no difference wtf it was originally I like Gearz but unfortunately its just one long infomercial disguised as a how to car show. I am very familiar with the format. |

Re: What ever happened to Project copperhead?
I just caught the new show on MT this morning and it featured copperhead. He went over the entire build discussing all the upgrades from 20 years ago. He explained how the aftermarket has come a long way since he built it etc..
