Yep. You can use the non-power steering brace when you add power steering to a truck that didn't originally come with it but you will have to cut a notch in the brace to clear the power steering gear. When I got my truck back from the guy that added PS to my '70 C/10 I noticed that the support had been notched for clearance. That got me thinking there must have been a different support for PS trucks since I was using original PS parts for the upgrade.
