Well it’s been a while. I’m starting this over, I bought a 4 door K20 that I will be attempting this with. I sold the suburban cab on Craigslist.

Since you have to cut 14” from the frame to convert a lwb to swb, I thought of just slicing my crew cab behind the rear doors and add 14” in there. I probably wouldn’t get but about 10” of interior room as I’m considering installing a Nissan Titan power slider window. Got the single wheel crew cab 4x4, a 12v Cummins and most of the other parts.
Just not sure my health will let me do it, maybe one day |
