Exhuast manifold outlet flange

Hello everyone,

Noticed some exhaust noise on my 96 Suburban and found that I've got a crack in my pipe on the passenger side around the first O2 sensor.

Unfortunately, a previous owner completely welded the manifold flange to the pipe, so I cannot reuse the flange and need both flange and short down pipe.

I measured the manifold and it looks like a 3" bolt pattern, 3 bolt pattern with 2" pipe. I haven't been able to locate this size.

Anyone know where I can get one? Thanks!

Re: Exhuast manifold outlet flange

AutoZone has the whole crossover pipe from both manifolds to where they join into one, but for my 93 2500 2wd. They don't list it for a 1500. It's about $120. It isn't the same but you could cut off the part you need, or search your year but 2500 and see what they have for that. Either way, you'll have to modify but that's what you're doing anyways.

I have used these in the past. They are great because you can bolt them on and not have to cut the bell part off and weld it back together.

Re: Exhuast manifold outlet flange

I ended up just getting the entire y pipe assembly from rockauto. Wasn't able to locate all the parts separately and one of the catalytic converters was throwing a code for being below efficiency requirements.

Ended up being around $400 with shipping and gaskets.
