BBC Headers in a 70 C20

What headers fit this? 1970 Chevy C20 with a 454. I am using 70 Chevy BBC motor mounts and frame horns.

The ones I bought from Summit that were guaranteed to fit certainly don't...

Tell us what brand you had that don't fit.

I ordered a set of headers for my big block truck from Summit, and they didn't fit either. I had to send them back too.

Don't get those big block Hooker headers.....

See my pictures attached. The header had a sweep in it that put it 1/4 inch away from the oil pan. Also, there was not enough clearance to fit your pinky between the tube and the starter. I even tried a mini starter and it fit just as bad.

These are the Hooker Comp headers specified to fit these trucks with big block engine. They are a joke. There is no reason for a header to fit poorly on one of these trucks. There is enough room under and around the engine in this chassis so that there is no reason for any clearance issues.

"Flowtech" ceramic coated, for a 70 Chevy with a BBC. Also tried Doug Thorley tri-y's for the same application.

What are you using now?
