That's not Standard for MY '68 AFAIK.
I know 919 doesn't need it, but then there's no door rubber at all.
Doesn't last in this heat.
Aren't those for letting off vapors from an in-cab fuel tank?

Yep. Definitely not standard, but it might be nice.
