newer step side beds for my 72
I all and hello!
I have just dug myself into another project and want to do something different in the rear. I want to use a step side, I can get a fiberglass bed from a 94 off a friend for a couple hudred, or I was thinking of a late model because of thier curves in the rear and modern look. Any thoughts or pics of this already done? I am hoping to do the 94 bed, I want to do a 67-72 step side bed but good ones are hard to find thanks for all the help! |

I considered a 88-98 stepside bed swap a few years back until I noticed the wheel openings don't match the front fenders

88-98 BEDS LOOK PRETTY GOOD, EAST COAST CUSTOMS USE TO SELL A
KIT FOR THEM FOR $150, IT GAVE YOU A REAR ROLL PAN AND TO PATCH PANELS FOR REMOVING THE REAR STEPS, LOOKED LIKE A DUALLY FROM BEHIND IT WAS PRETTY COOL, NO IDEA IF IT IS STILL AVAILABLE. :p

I have a 90 model bed with new eastcoast customs rollpan and tailite caps that I'm not gonna use due to running across a cherry of a fleetside bed. 800.00 takes it off my hands if anyone is interested!

72 C-10 with a late model bed
I recently acquired a 72 with a 95 step-side conversion. I think it looks pretty good despite the difference in front and rear fender openings.

Hay! Big Orange
Is the rounded fender well project a hard one? Are there kits available? Please share, Todd

Step Bed
I hate to use the f word, but has anyone used a "ford" flare side bed from a 93 to 95 F-150, they have rounded wheel wells. Even the new 99-04 step side chevy beds are more rounded.
