355 f/s

got a 355 out of my buddies s10 it is a basic build, stock crank and rods redone, new pistons rings and bearings. should be around 300 hp. it has about 6 months of use on it. he had it in his s10 and ran around town and work and back, about 3 miles one way. i wouldn`t say it has 10,000 miles on it. well his tranny kicked the bucket so you see we pulled it out and prettied it up and got it ready to reinstall. now he is buying a new house and is parting the truck out. he is asking $600 for it minus carb. i will be posting more stuff soon, thanks, eric.

man that`s a steal. i`d buy it too. i get deals like that a lot. my girls stepdad has a mechanic business and builds engines. he`ll have them pay half up front and half after. he has a guy now getting a divorce and will be selling me a $1600 engine for around $700. i`ll have it on here soon also. i`ve tried to sell a couple of engines on here for cheap. i offered the last one for $600 and it went to ebay and i got $900 and the guy was very pleased with it.
