Question New windshield seals, do they last?

I want to buy a replacement windshield seal but after very bad experiences with after market gas tank grommets I thought that I would ask to see if anyone has had problems with them.

Any problems with the seals?

Jim

I got mine from LMC, and the fit is terrible. Billsbowtie had a nos one for sale a while back, but I needed the style that takes the trim.

I used a new GM windshield rubber on my truck and it didn't fit very well.

All of the aftermarket window rubbers I've ever used held up fine over the long haul and fit at least as well as the GM one did.

Aftermarket gas tank grommets are a joke though.

Ours have a 10 year warranty and 100% money back if not happy with the fit or quality.
