Get the shift pivot bracket that the arrow is pointing to in the picture below for a TH350. If your 700 has one like it use it. Take the nut off of your shifter pivot bracket on your 4l60e and remove it . Put the TH350 bracket on your 4l60e and put the nut back on. Connect your stock linkage back up and it should work.
