Great old post, adding some additional info for the 60-72 GMC Dana 44 1/2 ton owners looking to do a 5-lug disc brake conversion, NITRO CUT-TO-LENGTH CHROMOLY DANA 44 30-SPLINE JEEP AXLES!

Triple drilled including 5 on 5" lug pattern, 5 on 5.5", & 5 on 4.5"!

This doesn't help the 6-lug guys, but for me, this seals the deal on whether or not swapping a 75-91 5-lug 2wd disc brake Suburban front suspension crossmember was a good idea or not...
