Seat belt removal
I dont know if these seatbelts are original but regardless does anyone know how to get the plastic cover off so I can get to the bolt, I assume it just pulls off but it doesnt seem to want to budge and I dont want to force it and snap anything. Thanks

Re: Seat belt removal
Grab it firmly down low and wiggle it back and forth while pulling upwards slowly and carefully is your friend.

Re: Seat belt removal
Suggestion, remove the seat, you will have to soak the bolts from above and below to have any luck removing them. PB Blaster is great, Or Kroil Oil. Took me a whole day to get mine out to install shoulder belts.

Re: Seat belt removal
Also the bolts have a very thin head on them. I used a swivel attachment and made sure I held the socket in line with the bolts. It’s a challenge for sure.

Before you try pulling the cover off heat it up with a hair dryer on the low setting or you may crack it...... LockDoc
