Opposed Wipers?

I noticed that under the cowl, where the wipers are attached, there is an extra hole over on the right side that can only be for a wiper mounting point. Did any of these trucks come with opposed wipers? Wipers that meet in the middle instead of both going the same way? It looks like it would be simple to hook them up that way, but customizing the cowl might be trouble.

They came that way on the right hand drive models. There are pics of it in the factory assembly manual. My goal in life is to find a cowl for that setup and put it on my truck :p
