I put this one on my truck in 2021 when still had the original 350 and went to the rear mounted tank. I replaced the engine with a redone small block 400 last summer (2022) and it working fine. I guess not cheap as I just looked and its 75.00 US now but I'd rather have something that will do the job long term that worry about 20/30 bucks more for something.

I recently replaced the pump on my 307 with one I got at Napa. Threads were stripped inside the outlet port. Hard line would not screw into it. Replacement was from CarQuest was cheaper and worked perfect. I used a stud instead of a blot on the inside mounting to make installation easier. Helps align the pump while tightening it up.

Agree 100%. I want to install the Carter unless there’s a reason not to use it. Has nothing to do with the cost.
