Since it’s chopped behind the rear really wouldn’t be hard to put it back to a longhorn . If it were mine I’d go that rout .

Nice options. Most C 30 stepsides were bought as workhorses, however this one looks like it was originally purchased for recreational use. Like the 4.10 ratio option, intended for highway use back in the day, most are found with 4.56-5.13.

Hey guys
I still have the truck. I haven’t been on the forum for over a year. My dad had been in bad health all of 23 so I haven’t had time for trucks lately. He passed away back in December so im slowly getting over that. Surprised to see this thread revived from so long ago. I have a junk 1 ton I can fix the back of the frame with. The hard part is finding some 9 foot bedsides for it. |
