Probably not with those clips. My Dually had the stick on plastic clips that were still on the bed, so I just started one end of the trim on the first clip and slid them on. The metal clips should pop out of the holes (except for the two end ones) and then you can re-install them into the trim again and put it all on at once.. Put some masking tape around each clip to protect the paint, and spray a little penetrating oil on each clip where it goes into the hole before prying them out. I use a door panel clip removal tool for prying them out.....
