I have 3/4" spacers on the rear of my truck. They were not easy to install due to the stud length and width of the lug nut. If you can go 1", you would be much better off.

I do not haul anything over a few hundred pounds due to the coilovers. They work fine and I have never had an issue. I had them on a previous truck also with no issues.
