Source for reproduction rear sport bumper ?
Hi guys,
I bought my 69 c10 without a rear bumper. I need to pick up a bumper, brackets, license plate bracket, and hardware. There seems to be a lot of brand options out there with various reviews. Wondering if this forum has any recommendations on what brand/source to buy from that people have been happy with at a good value. Thank you.

I cannot confirm, but I suspect most, if not all, are made from the same overseas source. Thus find the least expensive

I've had good luck with quality and price at the Truck Shop NC location. They have a CA store too.

They offer a complete kit with brackets, Lic plate mount, and all hardware… although their online price is 50% higher than what their catalog shows. Plan to order from them.

Form does not always follow function ! There is a big reason why you don’t find original sport bumpers advertised for sale. They’re pretty looking and that’s about it.

In my book, if they look good they are functioning perfectly.

Re: Source for reproduction rear sport bumper ?
They're pretty much the go to for us Burban folks. I mean our butts look big enough without adding a big ole step bumper.

Re: Source for reproduction rear sport bumper ?
Just a tip. When I bolt on a bumper I get big? flat washers big enough to fit over square part of the bumper bolt so as you tighten the bolt to the bracket you don't dimple the bumper around the hole in the bumper.
