One ton axle trusses Dana 60, 14FF
Made a bunch of front and rear axle trusses similar to the old 70s style hickey and con-ferr for the 1/2 ton trucks. Had a couple guys ask about them for a Dana 60 front and a 14FF rear. Finally came up with something I’m happy with. Didn’t make many cuz I don’t think the market will be there since they are already beefy one ton axles. The front truss mounts similar to the rear trusses with saddles and u bolt around the axle tube. Isn’t enough clearance in the C of the axle for a square u bolt like the half tons. The front shock tabs need to be removed to allow clearance for the u bolt and saddle but I provide a replacement shock tab that is made to factory demensions and allows clearance needed. So some welding required on the fronts but they still fully bolt on. 3/8” A36 saddle plate and 3/4” rod. Outer saddles are 1/4” A36 and grade 8 hardware provided. Same materials used on the rears but round u bolts and top plate on top of spring pack required for these as well, Just am limited with space on both axles. I know it’s gonna be a small market but figured I’d offer them on the board here. $250 each plus shipping. Thanks guys
