The rear light looks good. For the size of these Suburbans the single light above the driver doesn’t do a whole lot. I added one between the second and third row and was thinking about one in the rear as well

If you add a light to the rear you might consider putting a switch with it so you can operated the light on without opening a front door, or depending on the year, using the headlight switch to turn the lights on. First generation S10 Blazer rear dome lights have a switch built into them.
