Rallye wheels
I went to the junkyard today and picked up a set of 4 Chevy truck Rallye wheels...the common ones seen everywhere.
Ok, well...after starting to clean them up, I noticed that 3 were the same and 1 was either a lot wider or the backspacing was different. It looked like it was at least one or 2 inches wider. That isnt a problem..in fact I plan to get another to match it for the rear. My question is..what are these wider Rallye's found on normally? It's a 5-lug and has the cap that bolt on from the front. Thanks!

Vans generally had 6.5" ralley wheels, pickups could have 7" or 8" on the 73-87 trucks. The later trucks seem to have 7" wheels.

They are stamped on the inside of the rim 15x7 or 15x8 if they are stock rims.

I'll swap you a stock freshly painted 15x7 rally for your 15x8 if you want to have a matching set of 15x7 wheels.
