Exclamation More Wiring Help

I'm almost finished with the wiring harness. I just have a few loose ends to tie up. First, from the plug for the turn signal I have a yellow and green wire that are loose. Sceond, I have a brown wire from the plug for the lights. Last, I have a small flat plug with two male connections. One lead is yellow and one is light blue. If someone could help I'd be grateful.

I think the yellow and green are turn signals (yellow left, green right), the brown should be park lights, and I'm not sure about the yellow/light blue.
