You are using 2 terms to describe the same component. Center link (tie rod) and drag link are 2 separate parts.

Referring to your picture, the drag link is the short "link" connecting the pitman arm (attached to the steering gear) to the freshly painted steering arm.. Your particular drag link is not repairable.

The center link, more commonly referred to as "tie rod", is the long rod running between the two steering knuckles.
