Re: Fixed Something That's Always Bothered Me 67-72 C10

It all comes down to personal preference really. Not everyone wants to keep their vehicle stock, I take my truck across the Rubicon Trail, something most people don't do. The ability to easily transition from brake to gas and also gas to brake seamlessly is what I desired and accomplished. On to the next modification

Might I make a suggestion. If you're not running shoulder belts, fill those holes! Very bright push in led's for some mood lighting.

Yuccales, that's pretty cool. Did you use 3/4" LEDs, where'd ya get them from?

I’m 5’11” and I feel the gas pedal is to close to me at times specially after I have been driving the 85 for a while. But I guess it’s all subjective to what you like and feel comfortable with.

Got them at NAPA. Sorry I did not save the part #. What worked out good ,was the threads in the holes bit into the rubber to hold them there.

Looking at your before pictures the gas peddle looks extremely low in relation to the brake peddle . Mine isn’t like that at all it’s a little lower but not like yours . I’ll snap a picture before I leave for Carlisle this morning
