I posted this because it reminded me of the Hippy Flower Girls in my home state of Florida. For years they were on all the major intersections. Tie dyed t shirts, breasts on display (almost) and hair down to their waists. Ah the good old days ! The city councils across the state eventually passed a ordinance banning them.
