Aligning the cargo doors

Both sides hinges were bad on my doors, so I got a set from a junk burb. The doors on the junk burb opened and closed smoothly and aligned up with no problems.

When I put the hinges on mine, I put them on by aligning up the imprints with the washer ends. But mine is harder than anything to close and when you push the button to open it, you need hand strength to do it.

What am I doing wrong?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
Tommy Davis
