The Ridler wheels suit the style that you have this truck restored too.IMO.

I like the Detroit Steel, but like "boxers" or "briefs", who are WE to tell you what to do? You're the one who has to live with it. (grin)
Keep them both, and swap back and forth as you see fit.

Yep, the smoothies pop with the top and trim paint. Matches the roll pan, too.

Re: New Wheels Finally Installed !!
Are the second wheals photoshoped? Like others have said, it depends on what style you are going for. If you want an old school muscle truck than go with the first one. If you want low and slow neo retro than go with the second. I like the second ones myself. I wonder what the weight difference is. Beautiful truck by the way.

month. I get there early, to claim that particular spot, alongside a good friend. I have added another Pic. The steel wheels and larger 20" tires increase the weight about 200 lbs. Last edited by kens65fb; 08-20-2024 at 06:30 PM. Reason: z |

Re: New Wheels Finally Installed !!
Pretty sure the 20" steel wheel combo is not an additional 200# over the Ridler combo. Heavier? Yes.
Has anyone actually weighed either set-up?

BOTH LOOK GREAT !
Two different looks forsure, the transport wheels do make the truck look sweet though |
