What are the correct screws for the shift selector housing that sits on the column and where can I get them?

The transmission control pointer assembly’s red plastic shift indicator slides into its plastic housing. The housing’s tabs twist into the shift lever housing’s top hole, and mounts with one stainless #1 phillips countersunk oval head self-drilling screw. The screw threads are #8 x 5/16".

The transmission control dial assembly’s (shift indicator) plastic lens inserts into its plastic housing. The housing mounts onto the turn signal housing’s top with two stainless #1 phillips countersunk oval head self-drilling screws. The screw threads are #8 x 5/16".

Standard P/U screws may have been phosphate. If you're a paying member you can find originals on the parts board. Seems there would be replacements available, but sometimes replacement screws are junk, and pretty much always inferior OEM.
